मध्य प्रदेश विधान परिषद १९५६ ते १९६९ पर्यंत भारताच्या मध्य प्रदेश राज्याच्या विधानमंडळाचे वरचे सभागृह होते. राज्य पुनर्रचना कायदा, १९५६ मंजूर झाल्यानंतर त्याची स्थापना झाली होती व ह्यात ७२ जागा होत्या.[१][२]विधानपरिषद कायदा, १९५७ मंजूर झाल्यानंतर ही संख्या ९० पर्यंत वाढवण्यात आली.[२][३] पूढे, १९६९ मध्ये मध्य प्रदेश विधान परिषद (निर्मूलन) कायदा, १९६९ संमत करून परिषद रद्द करण्यात आली.
२०१९ मध्ये विधान परिषदेची पुनर्निर्मिती करण्याची मागणी करण्यात आली होती. [४]
