चौखंडी स्तूप हा सारनाथ मधील एक महत्वाचा बौद्ध स्तूप असून, तो उत्तर प्रदेशातील वाराणसीपासून १३ किलोमीटर अंतरावर आहे. हा स्तूपाची दफनभूमीपासून उत्क्रांती झाली आहे आणि बुद्धांच्या अवशेषांकरिताचे तीर्थक्षेत्र म्हणून कार्यरत आहे.[१]
