पीटर फिलिप कॅरी (जन्म ७ मे १९४३) एक ऑस्ट्रेलियन कादंबरीकार आहे. कॅरीने तीन वेळा माइल्स फ्रँकलिन पुरस्कार जिंकला आहे आणि साहित्यातील नोबेल पारितोषिकासाठी ऑस्ट्रेलियाचे पुढील दावेदार म्हणून वारंवार त्यांचे नाव घेतले जाते. ^[१] दोनदा बुकर पारितोषिक जिंकणाऱ्या केवळ पाच लेखकांपैकी कॅरी एक आहेत.^[२] कॅरीने १९८८ मध्ये ऑस्कर आणि ल्युसिंडा यांच्यासाठी पहिला बुकर पुरस्कार जिंकला आणि २००१ मध्ये ट्रू हिस्ट्री ऑफ द केली गँगस साठी दुसऱ्यांदा जिंकला. ^[३] ^[४]
