एडेलवाइस एर एजी ही एक स्विस विमानवाहतूक कंपनी आहे. ही कंपनी वेळापत्रकानुसार आणि भाड्याने विमाने देउन प्रवासी सेवा पुरवते. एडेलवाइस एर स्विस इंटरनॅशनल एर लाइन्सची भगिनी कंपनी आहे. या दोन्ही कंप्नया लुफ्तांसा ग्रुपच्या उपकंपन्या आहेत. एडेलवाइस झ्युरिक विमानतळावरील तळावरून युरोपीय आणि आंतरखंडीय विमानसेवा पुरवते. या कंपनीला स्वित्झर्लंडमध्ये मुबलक प्रमाणात आढळणाऱ्या एडेलवाइस या फुलाचे नाव दिलेले आहे. कंपनीच्या सगळ्या विमानांच्या शेपटावर हे रंगवलेले असते.
इतिहास

[संपादन]एडेलवाइसची स्थापना १९ ऑक्टोबर, १९९५ रोजी स्वित्झर्लंडमधील बेसर्सडॉर्फ शहरात एक मॅकडोनेल डग्लस एमडी-८३ विमानासह झाली.
