अलका लांबा (२१ सप्टेंबर, १९७५) ह्या अखिल भारतीय महिला काँग्रेसच्या अध्यक्षपदासाठी कार्यरत असलेली भारतीय राजकारणी आहे.^[१] २० वर्षांहून अधिक काळ भारतीय राष्ट्रीय काँग्रेसमध्ये विविध पदांवर काम केल्यानंतर, त्यांनी २६ डिसेंबर २०१४ रोजी आम आदमी पार्टीमध्ये प्रवेश केला.^[२] फेब्रुवारी 2015 मध्ये, लांबा चांदनी चौकातून दिल्ली विधानसभेवर निवडून आल्या. ६ सप्टेंबर २०१९ रोजी त्या औपचारिकपणे काँग्रेस पक्षात परत आल्या.^[३] तथापि, पक्षांतरविरोधी कायद्यातील तरतुदींनुसार दिल्लीच्या सभापतींनी त्यांना दिल्ली विधानसभेतून अपात्र ठरवले.^[४]

लांबा यांनी आपल्या कारकिर्दीची सुरुवात विद्यार्थी नेता म्हणून केली आणि दिल्ली विद्यापीठ विद्यार्थी संघाचे माजी अध्यक्ष, नॅशनल स्टुडंट्स युनियन ऑफ इंडियाचे माजी राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष, दिल्ली प्रदेश काँग्रेस कमिटीचे माजी सरचिटणीस आणि अखिल भारतीय काँग्रेस कमिटीचे माजी सचिव आहेत. गो इंडिया फाउंडेशन या एनजीओच्या त्या अध्यक्षा आहेत.^[५]^[६] ५ जानेवारी २०२४ रोजी त्यांची अखिल भारतीय महिला काँग्रेस अध्यक्ष म्हणून नियुक्ती झाली.^[७]^[८]
