Usage
This template is part of a series that resolves the ISO 639-1, ISO 639-2 and ISO 639-3 codes to language names.
It could be used by the template {{Lang}} with language code tl to include articles in [[:Category:Articles containing Tagalog -language text]], if the category was created (using {{Category articles containing non-English-language text |Tagalog |tl}}). For example: {{Lang |tl |some text in Tagalog }}, which wraps the text with <span lang="tl">.
It is used by {{tl icon}}, possibly {{tl}}, and {{Link language|tl}} to display the language of an external link. These templates could add articles to [[:Category:Articles with Tagalog -language external links]], if the category was created (using {{Non-English-language external links category |code=tl |name=Tagalog }}).
