मी मुद्दामच ह्या पानावरील सर्व मजकूर इंग्लिश मध्ये लिहिलेला आहे. कारण,
- मराठी विकिवर चर्चेत (??) भाग घेणारे बर्‍याच जणांना मराठीत लिहिता / वाचता येत नाही, ते मुख्यत हिंदी मध्ये लिहितात.
- राजीनाम्याची मागणी झालेली आहे व ती परवानगी (प्रतिपालक) देणार्‍यांना मराठी येत नाही हे नक्की आहे.
ह्या पानावर बदल करू नये, काहि माहीती लिहायची असल्यास विकिपीडिया:चावडी/प्रचालकीय कामाचे मुल्यांकन येथे लिहावे.

This page is to summaries all the charges leveled against me along with my Point of view.
Demand for my resignation was raised by user (भीमरावमहावीरजोशीपाटील) ( Contribution) (talk).

| भीमरावमहावीरजोशीपाटील threatened a user about blocking his account, please see the link for details (विकिपीडिया वस्तुस्थिती लपवण्याची जागा नाही).
I found he was threatening a user about blocking his account, when it seemed to be a mistake. I thought this kind of unnecessary aggressive posturing by भीमरावमहावीरजोशीपाटील will certainly have bad effect on intention of concerned user to contribute on Marathi Wikipedia. Looking at limited present active contributors on Marathi wiki, loosing a contributor for some unnecessary aggressive posturing was not acceptable to me. My response to concerned user was, to ignore threatening message specially related to blocking / banning a user. My point was that Marathi wiki don't ban/block people who contribute. although for people with higher nuisance value we certainly have different approach which was not mentioned in my post. (My Response) It seems user भीमरावमहावीरजोशीपाटील, was offended by my suggestion to the concerned user. To be specific I am hardly concerned about any one who plays a role in driving away contributors from marathi wikipedia. |

मराठी विकिवर भित्रट / बिनकामी / बावळट पाहुणे सदस्यांचा महापुर येत आहे. भित्रट कारण हे असे सदस्य आहेत ज्यांना विकीवर सदस्य नावाने प्रवेश करायला भिती वाटते. बिनकामी कारण विकिवर योगदान न करता, केवळ भांडण करण्यासाठी त्यांचे विकिवर आगमन होते. बावळट म्हणण्याचे अनेक कारण आहेत त्यातील एक कारण आय.पी. 117.219.96.83 ने केलेले वरील संपादन आहे. I am not sure whether it's a single troubled soul or a group of idiots working together. But one thing for sure, they are succeeding in their mission. Active contributors are now reduced to 3-4 members. The number of revolutionaries with no contributions and no intent of contribution is on rise. I hardly see a reason for someone who has not even contributed 10 edits or not even registered with wiki has issue with functioning of Marathi wiki. I guess its personal vendetta of some one or a group with some individual contributor of Marathi Wikipedia. When individual’s start destroying a noble cause (Marathi wiki) for such reasons , their actions are nothing more than shameful and disgrace. |

I am not sure he is offended by the thing I had written in marathi or english. In marathi, I had written Recent marathi wiki visitors are mostly cowardly / Useless / Idiots. My justification for each term is as below,
Everything I said in my post, I fully stand by it. I think whatever I had written is fully justified by my explanation in my post. |
My Views

My Intention was never to offend any one who is contributing on Wikipedia. Specially if my post माझे वयैक्तीक मत has offended any one, it was meant for them. Because a user with intention to contribute on Marathi Wikipedia will be hardly offended by that. Different people are bound to have different opinions and healthy discussions are always good for anything but the right intention is must. |

I request concerned people in responsible for taking care of such complains to consider the appeal सदस्य:Maihudon यांचे पक्षपाती आणि इतर वर्तना बद्दल प्रचालक पदावरून राजीनामा हवा by (भीमरावमहावीरजोशीपाटील). If the concerned persons find me incompetent for being administrator of marathi wikipedia, please release me from my duties as admin. I stand by whatever I said and i believe in whatever I said, If anyone was offended by post they were meant to be offended. If overall you find my incompetence to contribute on Marathi wiki or wiki in general kindly delete my account. |
