Wainganga is the main River. Bal Sagar,Bai Talab, dhivardhuti are the lakes in Pauni. Pauni's Municipal Corporation President is Mukesh Bawankar. V-President id Dinesh Gajbhiye. Pauni Darpan and Chaurascha Sakshi are the two newspapers from pauni.
