विधी अथवा कायदा विषयक उत्तरदायकत्वास नकार

Form I/(मुक्त सांस्कृतीक कामांसाठी अनुकुलीत, मराठी अनुवादासहीत) हा मराठी विकिपीडिया वरील न्यायव्यवहार, विधी अथवा कायदा विषयक केवळ केवळ विकिपीडिया प्रकल्पा संबंधाने अविश्वकोशीय लेख आहे, फारतर सर्वसाधारण स्वरुपाची माहिती असून, अधिकृत, सक्षम, परवानाधारक व्यावसायिक सल्लागाराच्या सल्ल्याची जागा घेऊ शकत नाही. जर तुम्हाला, कायदा, किंवा जोखीम व्यवस्थापन किंवा अशाच एखाद्या विशिष्ट क्षेत्रातील सल्ल्याची गरज असेल तर असा सल्ला आपण कृपया, परवानाधारक किंवा त्या क्षेत्रातील ज्ञानवंत असेल अशा व्यक्तीकडूनच मिळवावा. विकिपीडिया हे संस्थळ, कोणताही व्यावसायिक सल्ला देत नाही. सर्वसाधारण उत्तरदायकत्वास नकार आणि न्यायव्यवहार, विधी अथवा कायदा विषयक उत्तरदायकत्वास नकार लागू होत आहेत.

विकिपीडिया कायदेविषयक मते अथवा सल्ला देत नाही.

विकिपीडियावर कायदे विषयक लेख, अथवा विकिपीडियावर लेखन करताना घ्यावयाच्या सुयोग्य काळजीचा भाग म्हणून सद्भावनेतून सर्वसाधारण सजगतेच्या दृष्टीने माहिती देण्याचा प्रयत्न केलेला असू शकतो. विकिपीडियावरील माहितीच्या अचूकतेबद्दल कोणतीही खात्री/हमी उपलब्ध नाही, हे कृपया लक्षात घ्यावे. तशी कोणतीही जबाबदारी विकिपीडिया,विकिमिडिया अथवा तीचे दुसरे सद्स्य मुळीच घेत नाहीत.

- आपणास कायदे विषयक अधिकृत सल्लागार अथवा वकीलांशी संपर्क करावयाचे इतर माध्यमाची कल्पना नसल्यास, आपल्या न्यायक्षेत्रातील संबंधीत न्यायालयांच्या अधिकृत व्यक्ती अथवा बार ॲसोसिएशन सारख्या अधिकृत संस्थांच्या अधिकृत प्रतिनिधींकडून अधिक माहिती करून घेणे श्रेयस्कर असू शकते.

- विकिमिडीया फाऊंडेशन त्यांच्या सर्वर्स वरील संस्थळे ज्यात की विकिपीडियाचाही समावेश होतो आणि येथे लेखन करणारे कोणतेही संपादक/लेखक सदस्य, येथील कोणत्याही माहितीच्या माध्यमातून, कोणत्याही प्रकारे कायदा विषयक सल्ला देत नाहीत अथवा उपलब्ध करत नाहीत, अथवा कायदा क्षेत्रात प्रॅक्टीसच्या नात्याने येथे कोणतीही, कृती जसेकी लेखन संपादन इत्यादी करत नाहीत.

- विकिपीडिया, लेख प्रकल्प आणि कुठे सर्वसाधारण सजगता संदेश असल्यास त्यातील माहितीत कायद्यांची किंवा कायद्यांचे मसुद्यांची उधृते अचूक अथवा पूर्ण अथवा सुयोग्य अनुवादीत असतील याची कोणतीही खात्री देणे शक्य नाही. येथील कोणत्याही कायदेविषयक अनुवादांना कोणतीही न्यायिक अथवा शासकीय मान्यता नाही.

अधिकृत संकेतस्थळ:विकिपीडिया:सर्वसाधारण उत्तरदायकत्वास नकार येथे नमुद केल्या प्रमाणे येथे लिहिलेल्या कोणत्याही गोष्टीची/माहितीची परिपूर्णता, तिचा अचूकपणा किंवा तिची विश्वासार्हता यांची संबधित विषयांतील तज्‍ज्ञ व्यक्तीकडून पडताळणी झाली असल्याची/माहितीचे समसमी़क्षण झाले असल्याची कोणतीही खात्री/हमी उपलब्ध नाही, हे कृपया लक्षात घ्यावे. तशी कोणतीही जबाबदारी विकिपीडिया,विकिमिडिया अथवा तीचे दुसरे सद्स्य मुळीच घेत नाहीत.

याचा अर्थ असा नव्हे की, विकिपीडियात महत्त्वाची व अचूक माहिती असणारच नाही. उलट, येथे असलेली बरीच माहिती आपल्याला महत्त्वाची व अचूक अशीच आढळेल.

तरीपण, विकिपीडिया येथे आढळण्यार्‍या माहितीच्या वैधतेची हमी (खात्री, guarantee) देता येत नाही.

वाचकांनी हेही लक्षात घ्यावे कि काही वेळा काही अधिकृत संकेतस्थळे अनधिकृतपणे कोणत्याही क्षणी कोणत्याही कालावधीकरिता हॅक अथवा उत्पातित झालेली असण्याची शक्यता नाकारता येत नाही. त्यामुळे तेथील माहितीची पडताळणी तुमच्या स्वतःच्या जबाबदारीवर तुम्ही स्वतः दक्षतेने करणे नेहमीच गरजेचे असते.

बर्‍याचदा मराठी विकिपीडिया आणि विश्वकोश संकल्पनेची कल्पना नसलेले लोक गूगल सारख्या शोध संकेतस्थळावरून मराठी विकिपीडियातील ते शोधत असलेल्या संस्थेबद्दलच्या लेखावर पोहोचतात तो लेख म्हणजे अधिकृत सल्ला देणारे संकेतस्थळ नाही हे न समजल्यामुळे त्याच पानावर/चर्चा पानावर अथवा विकिपीडिया मदतकेंद्रावर आपल्या शंका आणि समस्या अनवधानाने मांडताना आढळून येतात. (त्यानंतर बहूतेक वेळा मराठी विकिपीडिया संपादक तो मजकुर उत्पात म्हणून वगळून टाकतात आणि मराठी विकिपीडिया बद्दल विनाकारण गैरसमज निर्माण होऊ शकतात)
