नमस्कार शंतनू, आपण मराठी विकिपीडियावर लेखनाच्या केलेल्या प्रयत्नांकरिता अभिनंदन आणि धन्यवादही. आपली मराठी विकिपीडिया वर १० पेक्षा जास्त संपादने झाली आहेत. विकिपीडिया इतर वेबसाईट पासून भिन्न असून तो एक वस्तुनिष्ठ ज्ञानकोश आहे. आपण विकिपीडिया:नवीन सदस्यांना मार्गदर्शन का लेख पाहिलाच असेल. लेखनास जमेल तेवढे संदर्भ देणे अभिप्रेत असते. विकिपीडिया:हवे होते अपेक्षा, विकिपीडिया परीघ, आवाका आणि मर्यादा आणि विकिपीडिया:नवीन सदस्यांकडून होणाऱ्या सर्वसाधारण संपादन त्रुटी लेखांचा अभ्यास करावा. आपणास इतरही सहलेखक मार्गदर्शन करतीलच. आपल्या आवडीच्या विषयात असेच लेखन घडत राहो ही शुभेच्छा.

हजारो संदर्भ स्रोतातील अ‍ॅक्सेसदिनांक हे parameter निकामी

आपण अलीकडेच केलेल्या संदर्भ स्रोतांच्या साच्यातील बदलामुळे म्हणजेच अ‍ॅक्सेसदिनांक याऐवजी ॲक्सेसदिनांक यामुळे मराठी विकिपीडियावरील हजारो संदर्भ स्रोतातील अ‍ॅक्सेसदिनांक हे parameter निकामी झाले आहे. उदा. नालंदा विद्यापीठ हा लेख पहावा.

आत्तापर्यंत हजारो ठिकाणी हे साचे वापरले गेले असल्याने पहिलेच पॅरामीटर वापरात आलेले आहे. नवीन टाकलेले पॅरामीटर जुन्या साच्यातील पॅरामीटर स्विकारणार नाही. बदल करायचा असेल तर तंत्रज्ञ, जाणकार यांच्या मदतीने जुने पॅरामीटर आणि नवीन पॅरामीटर साचा कसे स्विकारील हे पहावे लागेल. तूर्त सर्व संदर्भ स्रोतांच्या साच्यातील आपण केलेले बदल मागे घ्यावेत अशी विनंती किंवा आपल्याकडे अधिकृत सांगकाम्या असल्यास तो चालवून विकिपीडियावर ज्या ज्या ठिकाणी हे संदर्भसाचे वापरले आहेत त्याठिकाणी आपण तातडीने बदल करावा. -संतोष दहिवळ (चर्चा) ०१:४६, २६ मार्च २०१२ (IST)

साच्यामधील अॅ चा बदल

चावडी आणि कौल येथील बदल

चावडी मध्यवर्ती चर्चा आणि कौल येथील आपले सदस्य खाते तसेच आपले 'नीनावी' ह्या बॉट खात्या मार्फतचे काही बदलांनी विकिपीडियातील काही सदस्य गट नाराज झालेले आढळून येत आहेत.विकिपीडिया संस्कृती चांगल्या कामात पुढाकार घेण्यास प्रोत्साहन देते मात्र विकिपीडियातील वेगेवेगळ्या बाबी कशा बॅलन्स होतात ह्याचा काही काळ कोणत्याही विवादात भाग न घेता अभ्यास करावा.प्रत्येक वेळी नियमांना कवटालून बसू नये.सदस्य आणि समुदायाच्या विन्ंत्यांवर सकारात्मक पूर्वग्रहांशिवाय विचार करावा. आपल्या कृती समुदायास विश्वासात घेऊन करण्याकडे कल असावा.विकिपीडिया केवळ नीयमतयार करणे आणि नीयमांना कवटाळून बसण्याचाही कार्यक्रम नाही. हा सर्व बॅलन्स लक्षात येण्याकरिता काही कालावधी जाईल;

आपली सदस्य परमहंस यांचे लेखन स्थानांतरीत करण्याची कृती टाळण्याजोगी होती. कौलात सहभागी होताना दुसऱ्यांच्या कौलांचे पर्याय परस्पर बदल करू नयेत काही बदल् करावयाचा असेल तर कौल मांडणाऱ्या सदस्याची संमती घ्यावी.संतोष दहिवळांनी ज्या प्रमाणे कौलाबद्दल चावडीवर चर्चा मांडली त्याप्रमाणे ध्येय धोरणेवर तात्वीक चर्चा करून समुदायास विश्वासात घ्यावे.

मराठी बॉट खात्यांच्या उपयोगाच्या संदर्भाने मार्गदर्शिका आणि चर्चेचे लवकरच चावडी ध्येय धोरणे येथे चर्चा प्रस्तावीत आहे. तुर्तास आपल्या बॉट खात्या मार्फत कोणती कार्ये करणार आहात याची कल्पना आणि चर्चा सदस्य संकल्प द्रविड आणि सदस्य अभय नातूंशी करावी. अधिकृत नवे धोरण चर्चीले जाऊन स्विकारले जात नाही तो पर्यंत चावडी,चर्चा नामविश्व आणि सदस्य चर्चा नामविश्वात 'नीनावी' हे बॉट खाते वापरू नये.

Sorry "सदस्य:पान का ? काढा" is a limited purpose account (So I have no reason and purpose to get in any other debate through this account) , when I visited here to my surprise most of the pages with deletion templates do not carry any reasons why the concerned pages need to be deleted and certainly this attitude and culture is of quite inconvinience to the new comers .I fail to understand why this aspect is not a cause of concern to Marathi language wikipedians ! and more over people putting in deletion templates do not want any request to undersand the reason on their talk page they do delete requests in this way from talk pages !! पान का ? काढा (चर्चा) ००:२६, ३ सप्टेंबर २०१२ (IST)

Dear Sysops, There are desparate attemtpts from certain users to malign and defame my image inapropriately so they can isolate me from rest of the community and cut me off from any support and there after ban me , seems to be a strategic plan.

Herewith I declare that I have no connection with ip 213.251.189.203 or any edits from that ip. I have no objection in some one quoting me some where .But I do have strong objections some one signing on my behalf or write in a manner that rest of the people feel that I am wrtining it myself. I am clearly distancing myself from this above contribution of ip 213.251.189.203 (This also amounts to be a copyright violation) and asking the sysops to ban this ip immidiately.

I am also reminding and asking you again to ban accounts user:भी.म.जो.पा.४२० and भीमरावमहावीरजोशीपाटील1 for deliberate conspiracy to defame me. Terms of use does not allow any defamation and so these accounts be banned with imidiate effect. Some questions

Gentleman since you have applied for sysopship, I will love to vote for you but before that here are some basic questions for you . Take this as a good opportunity to present your case before Marathi WIkipedians

• On Marathi language Wikipedia including your sysop request you have been seen using English language only , to continue to use english you used embassy but you continued english only as language of communication ,Can Marathi WIkipedians understand Why so ?

English is preferred language for requesting sysop as mentioned on the top of the request page (विकिपीडिया:कौल/प्रचालक)

• What was your language of instruction at you school level Marathi Medium ? Semi english ? English ? How much do you understand lingustic nuances of Marathi language to differentiate between valid critc and abusive language ?

This is irrelevant in the current context.

• Can you define please words 'Community' and ' Project Independance' in your view ?

Please share context/example so that I can answer accurately.

• Has Marathi Wikipedia community ever accepted you as a neutral and impartial person while taking crtical

decesion ?

It depends on individuals perspective of community and its scope and bondings. However I believe in NPOV (Neutral Point of View) and AGF (Assumed Good Faith).

• How do you see different kind of criticism ? Do you get easily prejudiced against people putting up criticism ? What is your method of differentiating between valid criticism and abusive language ? Usually you have prefered to hide from crtics and crtiticism or you are a sport you are to accept your mistakes ? any examples ?

As I said, I believe in NPOV and AGF.

• Time and again it has been claimed on Marathi Wikipedia that you have साटलोट,sweet deal relationships and Confict of intrest issues with people named Sudhanwa Joglekar, Mandar Kulkarni , Abhijeet Safai ,Shananu Oak.Can you please put on record your real relationships with those people in real life ?

I would like to keep virtual and real world activities separate. I can answer this in real life, in-person.

I am not aware of 'Shananu Oak' user account.

I have no idea about user account 'shivshree' and its activities on wikisource or anywhere else.

• What is you openion on user banning policy ? it is a tool of prevention or a tool of punishment ? How well read about this aspect of WIkipedia Culture and a what is your record of actions on Marathi WIkisource in this respect?

I believe and try to follow the guidelines mentioned on meta regarding banning.

Being the follower of polices on meta, user 'Nitin Kadu' was banned for crosswiki banning. Also the user has been found doing copyright violations. आपण कुठल्यातरी लेखात आलेला सत्पुरुष या शब्दातला रु सुधारून रू केला आहे. तसे करायला नको होते, हे सांगण्यासाठी ऱ्हस्व ’रु’च्या शब्दांची छोटीशी यादी दिली आहे. अनेकांना (आपणांस नव्हे) मराठीत दोन रु आहेत हेच माहिती नसते. काही फॉन्ट बनविणाऱ्यांनी फक्त दीर्घ रू आणि दीर्घ ॡ चीच सोय केली आहे. मराठी ख, ल, आणि श अनेक फॉन्ट्‌समध्ये नसतात. मराठी क्र हे अक्षर वर्णपटावरून गायब झाले आहे. ते अक्षर पूर्वी त्र च्या उजव्या बाजूला क ची वाटी जोडून लिहीत. काही फॉन्ट्समध्ये श्र हे अक्षर मुळाक्षर म्हणून दिलेले असते, त्यामुळे शृंगार हाशब्द बहुधा श्रृंगार असा चुकीचा छापला जातो. फॉन्ट्स तयार करणाऱ्यांना मराठी येत नाही आणि ज्यांना मराठी येते त्यांना फॉन्ट्‌स करता येत नाहीत. अशी परिस्थिती जोवर आहे, तोवर असेच चालणार.
